Back in 2010 Impro was simply a scribble on a sheet of paper. We had our ideas, we had our team, but what we didn't have was the time. This meant that we couldn't start Impro when we wanted to. However, this didn't stop the creative juices from flowing, instead it gave us a chance to make sure our ideas were feasible, our brand was good and that our team was ready.
In March 2011 the team got together to formulate a series of services that were going to form Impro. We decided on the services we thought we could offer and we were ready to unleash them to the world. In September 2011 our website went live to give us the popularity we would need and from then on we focussed on providing great services as a team.
A few months later on July 13th 2012, we registered Impro Solutions as a British trading company. We were ready to tackle the world... well at least the UK.
We couldn't be happier, we have a great set of services that are suited to small businesses and the general public. Our team is strong and we are already looking at expanding in the near future. We thrive on being friendly and direct, and we love chatting to our customers. Our customers are our number one priority, we listen and dedicate our time to ensure we get everything right and the way that the customer wants it.
